The History of Halloween

I’ll tell you about the history of Halloween. Halloween takes place on October 31st . Principally, it is taken place in Anglo-Saxon countries.
The end of the year is October 31st for Celts, and people believed that the dead persons visit their house and genies and witches appear on this night. People wore masks to protect from them. Some areas people visit their grave, and swing a lantern. It is looks like Japanese Bon Festival.
After this culture, on the night of October 31st, people make a Jack-O’-Lantern. And children in Halloween costumes visit someone’s houses. Because they want to get many sweets and snacks. Now Halloween takes place around the world.
